DEEPLY ROOTED IN KAMLOOPS
Tony, Martin and Norm Daburger are the drivers behind Kamloops newest adult oriented community ‘Rio Vista’. Together with respected local businessmen Bob Strate and David Kuzyk, the five partners have formed a strong partnership based on their wealth of experience and business acumen. Profoundly influenced by the legacy of their late father, Max Daburger, it only made sense that the Daburger brothers would team up and bring their history of success, integrity and quality to create an exciting new project. The brothers are solidly invested in Kamloops, each bring 30 + years of successful construction, land development, civil contracting and project management experience to this latest venture. Partner David Kuzyk is also well-established in the local business community. Dave purchased his first Dairy Queen in 1986 and went on to purchase and operate 3 more for a total of 4. Having had a taste of development in the Okanagan he joined the 19th Ventures investment group, bringing a solid grounding in development, financial matters and the Kamloops market. Partner Bob Strate and his family settled in Kamloops in 1972 and have been involved in the business community ever since. He owned and operated Delta Irrigation for 38 years growing it from its’ humble beginnings to what is now Delta Water Products, an industry-leading company providing quality water and irrigation products, supplies, and service to the residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural sectors. Having spent most, if not all, of their lives in Kamloops, the 19th Ventures partners have a thorough appreciation for Kamloops and the abundance of lifestyle activities to be enjoyed in and around the area. Surrounded by their families, professional contractors and suppliers, they are excited about developing the highly desirable lifestyle community of ‘Rio Vista’ which is on track to be one of Kamloops’ finest addresses.
